The Push Industries 118.545 Electric Rotation + Deflector System converts WoodMaxx SB snow blowers to full 12V electric chute and deflector control. This complete upgrade replaces manual adjustment with powered operation, improving efficiency, precision, and operator comfort.

Designed specifically for WoodMaxx SB48, SB60, SB72, and SB84 models, this system delivers reliable electric control without the need for hydraulic integration.

Many tractors do not have available auxiliary hydraulic ports. Adding valves, hoses, and plumbing increases cost and installation complexity. The 118.545 operates independently from the tractor’s hydraulic system and connects directly to a standard 12V battery supply.

The chute rotation assembly features a pre-wired 12V motor paired with a properly matched drive gear engineered to engage the factory chute ring. The motor mounts using the supplied mounting plate and is protected by a dedicated motor guard.

Deflector adjustment is powered by a cold-weather rated linear actuator equipped with a protective storm boot. The boot shields the actuator shaft from snow, ice, salt, and moisture intrusion, helping prevent freeze-related binding and extending service life in harsh winter conditions.

Electrical durability is a core design focus. All wiring connections are soldered and heat-shrunk for moisture resistance. Harnesses are wrapped in protective wire loom to withstand vibration, cold temperatures, and environmental exposure.
