Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
Returns are not accepted after 30 days
Return Authorization (Required)
All returns require prior authorization
Returns sent without approval may be refused
To request a return, log into your account and submit a return request using your order details.
Return Conditions:
Items must be unused and in original condition to qualify for a full refund
Items that have been used, installed, or assembled may not be eligible for a full refund and may be refused or subject to a partial refund
Restocking Fee:
Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%
Restocking fees are applied at our discretion based on item condition and return circumstances
This helps cover payment processing fees, repackaging, and handling costs
Non-Refundable Costs:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Expedited processing and shipping fees are non-refundable
Return Shipping:
If the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item), we will cover return shipping
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Late or Non-Compliant Returns:
Items returned outside the 30-day window may be refused, returned at the customer’s expense, or disposed of
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied
Refund Timing:
Most refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected
Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund
Order Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement
After this time, orders enter processing and cannot be canceled
Any approved cancellation may be subject to a processing fee to cover non-refundable payment processing costs
Product Use & Compatibility:
We do not guarantee product compatibility or results. Customers are responsible for verifying fitment and application prior to purchase.

Customers may submit photos, measurements, or details of their application for review.
Purchases made without verifying fitment are subject to our standard return policy. Returns based on compatibility or fitment issues may be subject to restocking fees.
Chargebacks & Disputes:
If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and provide all relevant order, shipment, and communication records to the payment processor.
Accounts associated with abusive return or chargeback activity may be restricted or refused future service.
