Order & Delivery Terms:

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
Orders refused or returned due to failed delivery are treated as returns and may be subject to return shipping charges and restocking fees

Any claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. We may require photos or documentation to process these claims.
