The Frontier SB11 Series snow blowers come standard with a manual hand-crank chute rotation system and a manual chute deflector. Redirecting snow requires stopping the tractor and climbing on and off repeatedly, and many tractors do not have unused hydraulic ports available to operate hydraulic rotation or deflector kits.

The Push Industries 118.654 Electric Chute Rotation + Deflector Kit eliminates both limitations. This bundle upgrades the SB11 snow blower with electric control of both chute rotation and chute deflection through a shared dual-switch control box located at the operator’s station. No tractor hydraulic outputs are required.

The kit includes the electric chute rotation motor from the 118.653 system and a purpose-built electric chute deflector actuator designed and produced by Push Industries specifically for the Frontier SB11 Series. This actuator is not a universal unit. It is engineered to match the exact geometry and required stroke length of the SB11 chute assembly.

Proper actuator travel is critical. If the stroke is too short, the deflector will not achieve full upward and downward movement, limiting snow throw performance. If the stroke is too long, the actuator can over-travel the mechanism and reduce control precision. The 118.654 kit includes the correct actuator to provide full, controlled range of motion as intended for the SB11 platform.

The SB11 deflector actuator is designed to integrate directly with the supplied dual-switch control box. The actuator wiring connects through the provided harness for a clean, matched electrical system without modification or adaptation.

The kit also includes stainless steel standoffs, brass mounting hardware, a drill bit for proper hole sizing, and detailed installation instructions outlining actuator positioning and mounting procedures specific to the SB11 chute assembly.
