Fits Virtually Every Snowmobile
Snowmobiles have changed dramatically over the years.
Manufacturers have continually narrowed ski stance to improve handling and agility, making many traditional snowmobile lifts difficult or impossible to slide beneath newer machines.
The Aluminum Super Snowmobile Lift was engineered to evolve with today's snowmobiles while maintaining compatibility with the sleds that came before.
Requiring only 26 inches of inside ski clearance, the lift easily rolls beneath virtually every snowmobile, from older wide front-end sleds to today's modern narrow front-end trail, crossover, mountain, and performance models.
Whether your sled is twenty years old or brand new, this lift was designed around the machines riders own today.
Everything Included. Nothing Else to Buy.
Unlike many snowmobile lifts, the Aluminum Super Snowmobile Lift comes fully equipped right out of the box.
Every lift includes our premium wheel kit, allowing you to easily move your snowmobile around your garage, shop, trailer, or showroom while minimizing the amount of floor space the lift occupies when stored.
It also includes our heavy-duty purpose-built 5,000-pound jack featuring oversized thrust bearings, a precision Acme lifting nut, and a floating sintered metal drive knob. The floating drive knob helps prevent binding during operation, providing smoother lifting and reducing wear over years of use.
The lift operates using a standard 3/4-inch drive, allowing you to use virtually any common ratchet, breaker bar, socket extension, or drill adapter you likely already own. There is no proprietary tool to lose or replace.
A manual crank handle is also included, allowing you to operate the lift without a power drill whenever needed.
For the longest service life, operate the lift using a standard electric drill or the included manual crank handle. Impact drivers and impact wrenches should not be used.
Why Aluminum?
At only 43 pounds fully assembled, the Aluminum Super Snowmobile Lift weighs more than 30 pounds less than our Deluxe Steel Snowmobile Lift, which weighs 74 pounds assembled.
For many riders, that's the biggest advantage.
Whether you're hanging the lift on the garage wall, loading it into a trailer, carrying it to the cabin, or simply moving it around the garage, lifting 43 pounds is noticeably easier than lifting 74 pounds.
Aluminum also provides outstanding corrosion resistance, making it an excellent choice for garages, trailers, cabins, and environments exposed to moisture, road salt, and changing temperatures.
If you want the lightest, easiest-to-handle lift we offer, the Aluminum Super Snowmobile Lift is the clear choice.
If your priority is maximum weight capacity or you expect to use your lift in a commercial environment where it will see years of hard daily use, our Deluxe Steel Snowmobile Lift may be the better fit. We would rather help you choose the right lift than sell you the wrong one.
Premium Construction
The Aluminum Super Snowmobile Lift wasn't engineered to hit a price point.
It was engineered to deliver premium performance for years to come.
The frame is constructed from high-strength 6061 aluminum using a custom-designed extrusion engineered specifically for this lift. The extrusion maximizes strength while minimizing the overall profile height, creating an exceptionally rigid lift that easily slides beneath today's snowmobiles.
Every nut, bolt, washer, and fastener is stainless steel, providing outstanding corrosion resistance and long-term durability.
Combined with the premium wheel kit, purpose-built jack, and quality hardware throughout, every component was selected with one goal in mind: build a snowmobile lift you'll still be using many years from now.
Built for Everyday Use
Whether you're replacing hyfax, servicing suspension components, cleaning the track, detailing your sled, or preparing it for off-season storage, the Aluminum Super Snowmobile Lift provides a stable working platform that makes the job easier.
The wide footprint delivers excellent stability while the included wheel kit makes moving your snowmobile around the garage simple and convenient.
Replacement Parts and Long-Term Support
We believe premium products deserve premium support.
Replacement jacks, wheel kits, hardware, crank handles, and service parts are stocked and available directly from Push Industries.
If you ever need a replacement component, you won't be searching for discontinued parts or wondering if another brand's components will fit.
Our goal is simple: build products that last and support them long after the sale.
