Fitment Requirements

Fits John Deere 1023E, 1025R, and 2025R Second Generation models.

For 1025R and 2025R models, the tractor must have the John Deere air cleaner relocation solution installed. This includes tractors with serial numbers after JJ153036, which came equipped from the factory. If your machine does not have the relocation kit, it must be installed prior to turbo installation.

The Push Industries Turbo System is a complete, premium engineered performance solution designed specifically for the John Deere 1023E, 1025R, and 2025R Gen 2 platform.

Built around a conservative 4 PSI boost strategy, this system increases intake air density by up to 27 percent, delivering meaningful real-world power gains while maintaining mechanical integrity and long-term reliability.

With factory fueling and no adjustments, customers can achieve up to approximately 29 horsepower. In this configuration, the system remains fully bolt-on and fully reversible.

For operators seeking maximum output, optional fuel adjustment can increase power up to approximately 32 horsepower. However, most customers find the stock fuel configuration delivers more than enough improvement. The airflow gains alone create a substantial difference in performance with minimal need for additional fueling.

This system does not increase factory set hydraulic pressure or lift capacity. Those limits remain unchanged.

What it does do is ensure the engine maintains full power while supplying the hydraulic pump. Under heavy demand, stock engines can drop RPM and bog. The turbo system helps maintain stable engine speed and consistent hydraulic support.

The hydraulics are not stronger. The engine supports them more effectively.

Altitude Compensation Advantage

As elevation increases, naturally aspirated engines lose oxygen, resulting in power loss and increased smoke.

Reversible Bolt-On Design

Fuel Adjustment Disclosure
