This dual-function control box is designed to operate two independent snow blower functions from a single enclosed unit. It allows the operator to control chute rotation left and right as well as chute deflector movement up and down using two separate toggle switches.

This control box is ideal for snow blower applications with powered chute rotation and powered chute deflector systems. It can be used as a direct replacement if an existing control box has been damaged, or as a standalone solution for custom builds, retrofits, or homemade setups where independent control of two functions is required.

Both toggle switches are clearly labeled with an easy-to-read operation graphic, making the controls intuitive even in cold or low-visibility conditions. The enclosure is fully enclosed and features four mounting locations for secure installation on a dash, console, or remote mounting surface.

Wiring and Power Details
Two separate cable assemblies exit the control box.

The first is a dedicated power lead approximately eight inches long, terminated with an SAE-style connector. This connector plugs into the included battery power harness, which is approximately 11 feet long to allow flexible routing on a wide range of machines. The harness connects directly to the battery using ring terminals and is designed to follow existing wiring paths for a clean installation.

The battery harness is protected by a 10 amp auto-reset circuit breaker. If the circuit is overloaded, the breaker will trip and automatically reset once it cools down, eliminating the need to replace blown fuses. For applications where a different amperage limit is preferred, an inline fuse holder is also included, allowing the user to install a fuse of their choosing. A variety of electrical connectors are included so the power harness can be shortened if needed for a more compact or custom installation.

The second cable assembly exiting the control box provides power and control for the chute rotation motor and chute deflector actuator. These wires are bundled together in a single protective jacket and are approximately five feet in length. The ends are terminated with Push Industries proprietary connectors designed to plug directly into Push Industries chute rotation motors and chute deflector actuators. When the toggle switches are actuated, electrical power is sent through these leads to operate the corresponding function.

All wiring throughout the control box and harness assemblies uses 14-gauge conductors, providing robust current capacity, reduced voltage drop, and long-term reliability in demanding winter equipment applications.
