The Push Industries 118.539 12V Electric Chute Rotation System upgrades WoodMaxx SB snow blowers from manual crank operation to full electric chute rotation.

Designed specifically for WoodMaxx SB48, SB60, SB72, and SB84 models, this system replaces factory manual rotation components with a powered 12V motor-driven solution that operates independently of tractor hydraulics.

Manual chute rotation requires sustained arm effort and slows workflow during operation. The 118.539 eliminates manual crank adjustment by delivering smooth, controlled left and right rotation directly from the operator position.

The system includes a pre-wired 12V rotation motor paired with a properly matched drive gear engineered to engage the factory chute ring. The motor mounts using the supplied mounting plate and is protected by a dedicated gear cover.

The included dual-function control box is designed with future expansion in mind. While this kit is rotation-only, the control box includes an unused deflector control output. If you choose to add a chute deflector actuator at a later time, installation is simple. You would only need to purchase the actuator and mounting hardware and connect it to the pre-installed pigtail from the control box.

The system is essentially pre-wired for future deflector control expansion.

Electrical durability is a core design focus. All wiring connections are soldered and heat-shrunk for moisture resistance. Harnesses are wrapped in protective wire loom to withstand vibration, cold temperatures, and environmental exposure. The included hookup wire section connects directly to a standard 12V battery system.

This kit is designed strictly as a chute rotation enhancement. It does not include a deflector actuator or deflector mounting hardware.
