DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY FOR SNOWMOBILE LIFTS, NOT A TRAILER JACK

Skip the trailer jack workaround. This jack is purpose-built for snowmobile service, delivering smoother lifting, better alignment, and more reliable performance in real shop conditions.

OVERBUILT, NOT YOUR WEAK LINK (5,000 LB JACK CAPACITY)

Rated for up to 5,000 lbs of vertical lift, this jack is designed to exceed the demands of snowmobile service. In real-world use, the limiting factor is the lift system, not the jack.

SMOOTH LIFTING, NO BINDING UNDER LOAD

Precision-matched threads combined with a sintered metal nut deliver smooth, consistent operation under pressure. Whether using a hand ratchet or drill, you get controlled lifting without seizing mid-lift.

DOUBLE OVERSIZED THRUST BEARING SYSTEM

Reduces friction and improves load handling, resulting in smoother operation and less internal stress over time.

SERVICEABLE DESIGN WITH GREASE ZERK

Built-in grease fitting allows for proper lubrication, extending product life and maintaining consistent performance.

STANDARD 3/8" DRIVE + DRILL COMPATIBLE (NO IMPACT USE)

Works with any standard 3/8" ratchet or socket. Can also be operated with a drill for faster lifting. Do not use impact tools, as they can damage internal components.

COMPATIBLE WITH COMMON LIFT SYSTEMS

Designed for use with popular lift platforms, including models for Extreme Max 5800.1045, 5800.1066, and 5800.1184, as well as Push Industries lift systems 101.321 and 101.322.

STABLE, CONTROLLED LIFTING FOR SAFER SERVICE

Engineered to provide smooth, predictable lift without sudden movement, helping keep your sled secure while you work.

WORK AT A COMFORTABLE STANDING HEIGHT

Raises your snowmobile to a usable working height so you can avoid working on the ground, reducing strain from bending, kneeling, or awkward positions.

THREE GENERATIONS OF SNOWMOBILE LIFT EXPERIENCE

Built on decades of hands-on design and real-world use, this jack reflects three generations of experience developing snowmobile lifts and service equipment.

Most snowmobile lift setups rely on trailer tongue jacks, a shortcut that works but was never built for the job.

The Push Industries 101-323 is a purpose-built snowmobile lift jack engineered specifically for service lifts, with internal components designed to handle real load conditions, proper alignment, and repeated use.

Unlike adapted trailer jacks, this unit features a powdered sintered metal nut and precision-matched threads that deliver smooth, consistent operation under load. A double oversized thrust bearing system reduces friction and internal stress, while the integrated grease zerk allows for ongoing maintenance and extended service life.

Rated for up to 5,000 lbs of vertical lift, this jack is built to exceed the demands of snowmobile service. In practice, the limiting factor is the lift system, not the jack, giving you confidence that the jack will not be the weak point in your setup.

Designed to work with the lifts riders already own, this jack is compatible with common systems including models for Extreme Max 5800.1045, 5800.1066, and 5800.1184, as well as Push Industries lift platforms. This is a direct replacement for Extreme Max 5800.1187 and 5800.9005.

It operates using any standard 3/8" drive tool, so you can use the tools already in your garage or speed things up with a drill when needed. Impact tools should never be used, as they can damage internal components.

Cheap jacks can bind, seize, or fail under load, leaving your sled stuck mid-lift or creating unsafe working conditions. This jack is built for smooth, controlled, and reliable operation so you can lift your snowmobile to a comfortable working height and complete service without unnecessary strain.

Built on three generations of experience designing and manufacturing snowmobile lifts and lift jacks, this product reflects a long-standing focus on durability, function, and real-world performance. Backed by Push Industries and built for real-world use, this is the right way to do it.
