The OEM deflector on the John Deere HD 60 rotary broom is manually adjusted. While it works, it forces the operator to repeatedly stop, get off the seat, and manually reposition the deflector — slowing down sweeping and making the broom far less enjoyable to use.
The Push Industries 118.695.brkt.hw kit provides the mounting bracket and hardware needed to convert the OEM TCB10392 manual deflector to electric actuation using your existing Push Industries actuator from a 47" or 54" snow blower upgrade. This allows customers who already own one of our snow blower deflector kits to add electric deflector control to their rotary broom without purchasing a duplicate actuator.
What this kit does
• Allows your Push Industries snow blower actuator to be installed on the HD 60 broom
• Converts the OEM TCB10392 manual deflector linkage to electric deflection
• Makes deflector angle adjustments instant and operator-controlled from the seat (once paired with actuator and wiring)
What this kit includes
• HD 60 broom-specific electric actuator mounting bracket
• Deflector linkage hardware
• All necessary fasteners
Actuator, switch box, and wiring harness are NOT included.
For the complete system with actuator, switch, wiring, and hardware, see Push Industries 118.695 (linked below in cross-sell).
Installation
• 100% bolt-on — no drilling, cutting, or fabrication
• Uses the same mounting holes already on the broom and OEM deflector
• Designed exclusively for the TCB10392 deflector assembly
Performance Note
When using an actuator from a Push Industries 47" or 54" snow blower upgrade, the HD 60 broom deflector will retain approximately 90% of the factory travel range. Most users find this more than adequate, especially for occasional broom use.
For operators who want full 100% OEM travel range, purchase the complete 118.695 kit with the purpose-built actuator designed specifically for the broom.
Why You’ll Love This Upgrade
• No more climbing on and off the machine to reposition the deflector
• Keeps debris out of the operator area when wind direction changes
• Helps sweep heavy material farther without building a pile
• Allows fast adjustments at every pass instead of stopping repeatedly
• Full OEM appearance is retained — installation is fully reversible
